Idea Prepaid Mobile
Wrong message received

[1] I have converted my post paid phone into prepaid. I have not yet been refunded inspite of full payment of outstandings before conversion.

[2] I have not sought any services, still i have received message from Iz-Idea that customer ID 157215735 has been registered. I have received this message on 13-6 at 12:37 hrs. what is the purpose I donot know.

pl. clarify.
