Idea prepaid mobile service
Outgoing calls are blocked by service provide

I have ported my cell no from airtel to idea at the time of purchasing the sim i have give all the documents addresss proof and photo to the shop executive and he swear he have submitted my documents to idea same time idea says they havent recieved my documents in this situation i have contacted idea customer care many times (idea blocked my out going to their toll free customer care lines too so i wont be able to call them) and ask where should i submit the documents they refuse and they say no need to resubmit the documents sometimes they says u need to resubmit the documents to reactivate the outgoing calls facility idea have give me an offer of full talk time of the following amounts rs 30, 50, and rs 100 i mostly recharge for rs 30 and idea lost their commisions this is what one of the actual reasons behind the barring because they give me the offer for 3 months if there is nooutgoings there are no recharges and no more loss for idea and i have to stick to this service provider for 3 months please take necessary actions to change this service provide
