Balance deduction

I activated daily gprs service plan (50 mb on 5 rs per day basis) at 12 th april then i received a message that this service would active within 5 hrs. but i didn't get any msg of activation until 14 th april. Because i didn't get any activation plan so i opted for another plans. Than they suddenly deducted and amount of 15 rs from my account and then i sent a deactivation request on 14 th april but still they are deducing my balance ..
