I am customer of AIRTEL prepaid service.

In this trans ID 817797344 i have recharged my number for RS 210 I got talktime RS 1 only .so i given complanied to the customer care of airtel ref. no. 1126576875 .There is no information from the airtel office or

vendor for any scheme or top up. I simply recharged my account for RS 210 for talktime balance but i got only one rupee talk time. so this is the one type cheating thing from service provide by AIRTEL .

Incase there is any scheme for such a amount, customer care replied that your amount deducted in GPRS service, no any service provider provide GPRS for 15 days for 210 rupees, so what?? I did not activate any type of service.

so, without any prior information or SMS, how can AIRTEL used this amount in other scheme??

So, this is the matter of darkness CHEATING.

I want to recover my balance, do needful.
