Services activated by reliance again and again without customer permission and deduct balances

I m having my reliance gsm connection number 9541864310. reliance company always deducts balances and activate services without customer permission and when we call to executive they always tells that services activated by urself and they always deducts balance... i think airtel communication best in india than other communication. reliance cant make its brand image for long time it always make negative attitute of customers towards reliance. my optional number is 9996470201
