Harassment on mobile connection

Dear Sir,

I have a postpaid mobile connection from Airtel. I had been outside India on official visit for six months. I have been paying the monthly bills for first 4 months through internet payment. I had missed the payment of last two months since I faced some difficulty through epayment in Airtel site. After 2 months my Airtel connection was disconnected without any intimation/message to me. My cell was on international roaming. After that when I tried to make the payment through internet it said the number is invalid and it doesn't exist. Later after coming to India I made the payment and the person who collected the money told me the sim will be activated within 24 hours. Later they said you need to give identitity proof etc... when I agreed to do that also they told one representative will come to give new SIM within 2/3 hours and it will be activated immidiately. After 3 days I haven't received any call from AIRTEL regarding this rather I have made more than 50 call to the centre who had sent representative to collect the money. I am about to go out of country again and unable to get connected through my phone number.
