Worst customer service

I am really disappointed with Airtel service and the customer care and this brought me down to sending a mail to you at [email protected] but even that mail has not been responded back. Also I sent a mail to [email protected], [email protected]. Now let me get down to the details:

My no. is 9987718489 which is for corporates of Reliance and I was very content with you services till last 4 months before. I had asked for a GPRS activation on this no. and as it is Reliance CUG only GPRS plan that can be activated on this no. is Rs. 99 rental unlimited GPRS plan and I too had asked for the same but due to their customer care executive a wrong plan was activated because of which I got a GPRS usage of Rs.1965.25. I have constantly been calling the customer care for last 3 months and everyday I get the response that sir our senior is aware of this issue and will call you in next two days and till today this has not been resolved. Also This happened not only with this bill but next month's bill as well. Moreover now my outgoing has been barred as well due to non payment of bill and my no. has been suspended. This is ridiculous I am ready to pay the bill but atleast these people should settle the amount. I am really pissed off with the service and with service of this kind I dont think I will suggest Airtel to anyone.

Now the worst part now they are calling to the nos. I used to call often and asking for me. Many of whom are my business friends. I called appellate officer and nodal officer from 5:20 pm to 6.30 pm and for that long they where busy. I wonder how all the lines could be busy.
