LETTER OF COMPLAINT AND DISSATISFACTION AGAINST THE CUG SALES TEAM OF AIRTEL

SUB: Letter of Complaint and dissatisfaction against the CUG Sales Team of Airtel.

Dear Sir

I am a customer of airtel for more than 10 years and more or less always received good service from Airtel. Now when I have taken CUG connection for my company I have received severely bad behaviour from a Senior Sales Officer Mr. PALASH BISWAS (9831049388) Kolkata (BHARTI AIRTEL SERVICE LIMITED SALTLAKE).

I would like to mention the series of incidents that had happened. Though now I have totally lost hope to get any cooperation from airtel however still being such an old customer I thought of informing Airtel. I had taken the CUG connection from a Sales Executive named Gautam Sengupta (9163603680). The day I took the connection his senior Mr. Palash Biswas also accompanied him.

I took the connections on 20.11.2009 and I asked them to activate only 4 connections the same day and the rest 2 in January. Once they took all my documents they activated all the connections without my permission.

Later when I denied the verification they called me and requested me to adjust as they said that they have to meet their target for that month. But I never imagined that to meet up their target they can be so unprofessional. And they also said certain other things that they would do if I cooperate with them to meet up their targets. If this letter of mine receives proper response then I will share all the incidents with Airtel in details.

I agreed to it because I never thought that I would receive such behaviour. Initially they promised me the 199 CUG plan and then after activating they said that it will be the 249 plan but they have arranged for 20% discount which would make my monthly rental 199. However when I receive my bill statement I find the 249 plan remains the same. When I contacted the concerned person several times but they behaved very badly with me especially your senior sales officer repeatedly.. After this incident I feel cheated.

Are targets the only factor for you¿ll Employee satisfaction is nothing.

Due to this misbehaviour I have not yet paid the bill. If you wish you can check the call logs or do whatever you want to investigate my complaint. I was supposed to take more 20 connections this month but unfortunately that would not happen because I will make the payment and close all the connections. It is very painful to have experienced such behaviour from Airtel.

I have escalated the matter and I will escalate it further to the Head Office I don t know how much it will be taken care off but at least as a loyal customer I expect some kind of good behaviour from you guys and not face such bitter experiences. Trust me here money is not the issue; the issue is the behaviour which is very disappointing.
