Disconnection of prepaid connection without any previous information

Sir,

I have bought two airtel mobile numbers by my name... 9815210970 and 9815910971. These were postpaid for two years. after that I convert these numbers as prepaid. but after that my numbers were frequently disconnected for many a times. I have many a times gave my id proofs & other related documents to company. I am very upset because these are my professional numbers & I have got a large loss in my bussiness. Please Sir, help me
