No response of various complaints made!!!

Hi

i have been using this sick airtel for 3 years but i have not suffered so much till now... the customer care service is useless... my balance is beng debitted of Rs 5 / every week ...(got the reason for reduction months after complaints) but deduction never stopped where are we going to complain? They start any service and start reducing your balance this is sad on their part... PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRTEL
