I am Bhavani from Bangalore and I have a credit card which is already not in use and not renewed Four Year Back. I had given several communications to customer care to change my address and email id for the last 4 years so that I receive my statement in the current address and make the payment. HDFC collection agent used to come to my present address {Electronic city }till last month to collect the payment. But irresepctive of my repeated request neither my address and nor my mail id was changed. I have requested for the statement several times but in vain. Finally this month I have stopped the payment and I had informed the telecallers unless and until i receive all the statements and go through the entire stuff I will not make any payments. Finally last Thursday I have received all the three years payments.
When the telecaller called me I had informed him that I need to go through the details and require one more week to sort out the issues.
One Mr. Krishna from HDFC Calls from Different numbers {67332600, 43521300} uses abusive languages and threatens to come to office and house irresepctive of the genuine claim of mine. I have never said that I will not pay the balance. The same abusive language has been spoken to my company's security where I am working.
I request the HDFC credit card team to instruct their collection agency not to use abusive language to their customers and understand the geunity of their claim and work with the customers to
resolve the issue.
Hope I will not get continuous calls from the collection agency with abusive language.
Within Febraury 2010 I will be closing my credit card issue and i am personally visiting Cr.card division in Airport Road on Feb 6th.
