Never given connection and have taken initial payment

Bharti AIRTEL Broadband service is the worst service like anything. One of the airtel guy named SenthilKumar from Chennai - Guindy branch called me first and asked me to get airtel connection. He said that everything got ready only thing is u have to pay Rs500 as a initial amount to get a immediate service but it doesn't happen. I have given a cheque of RS 500 but i didn't get a connection since 20 days ago.

In the meanwhile i dropped BSNL connection when they came to install a connection as i requested it before 2 months. Now airtel has not been provided the broadband connection and saying that some technical problem near my house so asked me to get the money back. I missed BSNL connections also bcoz of this airtel guy's improper commitment with the customer. This should be gone to consumer court and should be claimed.

Please be aware of airtel guyz calls. AIRTEL IS VERY BAD IN MEETING THE COMMITMENTS WITH THE CUSTOMER.
