I am very upset that I left Vodafone family and joined Airtel. Because in Vodafone sometimes I wont get signal if i go for villages. Due to this reason i have taken Airtel prepaid connection. They are unnecessarily deducting amount when ever I recharge even though I wont call any body.
Simply they are deducting. Also when i called customer care I am not at all satisfied by the system. Because there is no option in the system to talk to customer care executive. This system is very good in Vodafone compared to Airtel.
In Vodafone 1, 2, 3... 9 for customer care executive but in Airtel it will come something which is not useful for normal user.
Please look into this and do well for customer satisfaction.
