Harrasment for paid bills

Hi,

I had a post paid no. of airtel 3 years back. The no. was 9818554679. I cleared all my payments to them almost 2/12 years back when their collection guy came to take it and i gave them in writing that the no. should be disconnected and account should be settled as that was the last bill that i paid to them. Now after 3 years they again come back and say that an amount is due. Its a total harrasment for customer after making the entire payment and after giving in writing these people are still harrasing by calling and sending people home. I want that this should be stopped immediately. All the more after visiting the showroom of airtel they say that the no. was disconnected 3 years back so they cantr give a detailed bill that proves the charges on me. Its a total mental and physical harrasment.
