I got an Air Tel pre- paid connection (9816817348) on 3rd Dec. after giving address proof to the retailer. The connection was activated with in 2 days. Suddenly the out going calls were not allowed in this connection. I have sent series of mails to Air tel on 29th Jan., 01 Feb, 02 Feb and 04 Feb and registered a complaint in the costumer care (Complaint No. 0128353579). I was assured to activate it by 01st Feb. Two months have been elapsed and I am still deprived of the services. Please let me know the reason as to why outgoing calls of this connection is deactivated.
