My name is mp sutar from pimpri pune,

i ve bought airtel data usb card of micromax modem, 5 days back,

@ the time of purchase the company representative told me that i ll be getting a speed of 200/kbps

leave 200 im not even getting a 50kbps,

the speed wat im getting is 20/kbps maxxx

professionaly i need to check mails, send receive drawings, quotations, estimates,

im not able to do any of these things cause it is not even able open my gmail id, it hangs up 2 to 3 times in that

im using airtel prepaid that too ive 8 to 9 connections in my firm, because i trust this company

but now i ll have to think again,

by calling 121, they gave 5 to 6 different nos, the last one which i got was 186050082860

on caaling this no . my call was kept on hold for around 10 to 15 mints, saying u r in line, plss stay on line, n i waited,

at the end i disconnected the call, n surpsizingly i was charged 15 rs for that last call, that too without any fruitfull feedback,

im totally helples

plss anybody help me out of this

im not asking for anything special, i jus wanna check out my mails, thats it
