Automatic renewal fee for cricketing updates

For the last two months service of cricketing updates @ Rs.20/- pm is being charged (for 30 days) from 558884020 without my consent/permission on my mobile no.9415024423.

So plz tell me how to unsubscribe this service...& what is the address of these service providers so that legal action could be taken against them...
