Dear sirs

We regret to notice that, you are over charged in above bill as the actual bill including tax was only Rs. 454.62 (Rupees four hundred fiftyfour and sixtytwo paise only) and paid in cash Rs. 454.62. Hence, please waive the over billed amount immediately to avoid any unpleasant situation.

As per the law of land in India and our knowledge from the ministry of communication, none of the private telecommunication companies authorized to collect the late fee, interest, any additional charges from the customer. Those who collecting the money from customer is illeagal and punishable.

Hope you understand and do the needful without further delays.
