Dear Sir/Madam.
With reference to subject complaint we are sorry to inform you that we are using post paid vodafone service at our company from 3 months.for our complaints Satara (pune) service providers not responding for our complaints and not come here for attending and came only once and taken not get clear that complaint if we called to not responding and bills also not sent for 2 months and at emergency time we were cut off the service not providing the service.we called minimum 100 times for that too now also not get single person come here for our complaint.when we talked on call and inform them to cut off our service we will go far new service provider for this too they were happily accepting. I am not known that reputed industry like vodafone provide this like customer service.we were sorry for telling about especially for Satara (pune) vodafone service provider.
