We have not received the money to my when we recharged

Yesterday we have done the recharge for Rs. 249, for Vodafone mobile No. 9972096700 in just recharge it.com, at the end of the stage the server got disconnected, but the amount has been debited from my account but still now the amount has not been credited to my mobile. please do the need full.
