I hold my aircel postpaid connection for more than 9 years
i have been holding same number and paying on time to aircel without any dues & issues.
i had set up my own new business this month, so my outgoing calls are exceeding due to lot of follow ups.
Inspite of my due date falls on next month, i.e., may 5th - i was asked to pay an interim amount so that
they will barred my outgoing calls. I also paid Rs. 1000/- as an interim payment after receiving the aircel people
had barred my outgoing calls.
when i ask the customer care. they say pay the entire bill amount else we will do like this only.
what is kind of value they are giving for the consumers - hats of aircel.
