im raazikh byari, i recharged yestday 30rs (13/03),
and now again morning i got my balence as rs 1.52, and i saw a msg from airtel in my inbox that they said i have been renewed for frenzo plan subscription service from airtel. and i have been charged 20rs,
but sir i already unsubscribed that serviced and i got that unsbscribed msg already from airtel, and again it deducted automatically,
today (14/03) i call to custemer care and mr.prasanna the supervisor talked to me, and he conformed that there no any service activeted. and he said that after two days i got my money back.
and i askd about my previous complaints but he said that no any idia about he got.. well, that call desconnected, i called again for clear that previous issue, mr rizwan attend the call hu is also a supervisor, but he talked very rudely, he said you will getting your money 16th march.he talked in a neglet attitude, negligency,
i asked about the call from airtel at 8th march which is about my queries and i said that why i cannot got that call, he replied again in negligency,
when they are stop that deducting amount from balance ini fraud way..
