Sir I am Reju Prakash from Kanya kumari, I am using Tata docomo 9042794316 for past two months. I am a customer of airtel for past 6 years, but when Tata launched its service in my area I have selected Tata for its brand name, service, tariff plans. But today I am experiencing unfair situation from the day one I selected Tata by frequent unfair deduction.
Today I have downloaded Call recorder a free apps from Nokia Ovi store, but I got an sms stating rs.15 was deducted in the name of downloading tutor software which really I did not download.
I am using data pack for data usage.
I am requesting Tata mobile service to refund the deduction.
In my previous network Airtel if any similar issue happen means they will refund and compensate.
Sir please refund me the deducted amount rs.15.
