Extra charging

Sir/madam,

for past seven months air-tel charging me about a sum of rs 199/- plus taxes without my knowledge, as such my Internet connection is unlimited. i have complaint so many times, but bill is still coming with the sum of rs 199/- plus taxes, also i don't received the bill on time . now my latest complaint no is 19975006. kindly reimburse my money, disconnect my connection. i will be obliged.
