Line dead our end

Landline 33-25563528 does not work since 24.08.11. We cannot hear. Complaint made on 24.08.11 with no. B5462 (not sure about B). No action on even daily phone to local office. Staff divert from one to another. Bypassing their system. They gossip. These people are pushing PSUs to astray. I want bill deducted for non-service. Restore telephone first.

We need Anna Hazare or Maoist. May be your people expect something. They simply do not care.

Please help or I will go further.
