Telephone Not working for last 40 days properly

In July our land line did not work properly for almost 25 days when a complaint no.2531533110727004 was lodged. It was put in order and worked only for 48hrs. and again dead.

I request to allow us not to pay last month charges if any. We request to provide quality service in time.
