With due respect I am to that my land phone (033-2680-4464) is disturbing for the last two weeks and according to line man, the phone set is to be replaced by a new one. I have given docket before Chuchura Customer Care department. Till today I have not got any positive response, i.e. I have not received any new land phone set replacing the old one.
