I have an Airtel cellular connection and I'm using this since 1.5 years. Since the day i got the connection I'm experiencing mental harassment from the service provider. Though I registered for DND (Do Not Disturb Service from TRAI), I frequently get annoying messages ant those are from Airtel India, the service provider. Over that, the company Airtel is deducting money from my account and this is happening since so many months.
Adding to this the customer care service of Airtel is very annoying, one has to wait too long to get to speak to the customer care personnel as the system is very complicated. The service which is annoying me right now is some "jokes" service for which I never requested and Airtel activated it at its own and as mentioned earlier they are deducting money for that.
I' m a student and these messages pop-up whenever I'm at most important work, class hour. More than the money deducted, I'm undergoing mental torture by this. The money is getting deducted every day since last 3-4 months and is still going on.
I request all of the fellow citizens not go for this fraudulent service provider AIRTEL India, which is not just a burden on pocket, which is a huge mental torture too. Please think twice before choosing your service provider
