My problem not solved yet now. Customer care executives called me & I tell my all problem but they did’t responced me. Yesterday they will refund amount of rs 35 but actually i lost totally 60 rs & also 2GB internet data. For this problem they take complaint before 20 days back also taking six times complaint but the problem is not solved. From your team I complaint 3 times for call connecting to the customer care but the problem is same here. One of the executive called & told to me that all the problems you are facing is resolved but when I check the problems are still here.
My complaints:
1: The call did’t connect to the airtel customer care from my airtel network.
2: The remaining 2GB internet data pack. (Actually I got the sms from airtel easy rec with 65 & get 2.5 GB data with 1month validity. For this I called 2 times to airtel cc for information from my Idea sim card & they told you will get full 2.5GB with 1month but when I recharched only I get 500 MB.)
3: Refund of an amount 25 rs remaining.
4: When I try to connect internet via Bluetooth the error will occurs. (Failed to establish to connecting the internet.)
5: Actually I am porting customer but I did’t get the basic tariff plans as they told before when m in Docomo network.
These are my major problems….
When I called airtel cc the call did’t connect with executives but after disconnecting the sms will came Thank you for calling airtel. This is not necessary as my consideration. Even it is true when the service is better.
My question is few problems are not resolved by executives then why they have to work there & also what the work they are doing there…….?

I am still waiting up to 7th September after that my 90 days in airtel is over. Am 100% sure to port Vodafone or Docomo.
