Not accepting mp4 format videos and files of internet are not properly opening and displaying

Sir one month back means on february i purchased LG GS500V model cell phone.

on the manual and display tag it is written as MP4 format video support.by in reality it is not accepting MP4 format videos and some of internet options are not opening in this cell phone. after purchase of this mobile i came to know that i was deceived by this LG company. how can i play videos? 3GP format of videos are also not supporting. then what is the use of this mobile?
