I HAVE 2 COMPLAINTS AGAINST AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICE,

1. WHEN I CALL TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE TO TELL THEM MY PROBLEM MOST OF THE TIME THEY DISCONNECT MY CALL WITH OUT ANSWERING OR RESOLVING PROBLEM, THIS DISCONNECTING CALL PROBLEM HAPPENS FREQUENTLY.

2. PROBLEM (MENTIONED IN 1ST CASE) FOR WHAT I AM CALLING TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE IS, I HAVE ACTIVATED 3G SERVICE ON MY MOBILE NO. 9890914231 ON 18JULY12 AT AROUND 7-30PM TO 8.00PM BUT STILL I AM UNABLE TO OPEN A SINGLE WEB PAGE ON MY SONY ERICSSON WALKMAN LIVE WT19i ANDROID PHONE.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH AIRTEL SERVICE...
