Dirty messages and missed calls

I have been receiving innumerable messages and missed calls from starting from 54321-687180/622457/622458/68179479. In fact i have received one message from 543216 stating to call or sms and chat with an unknown person dial 5432168179555, 5432167928546 and call charges are Rs 2/min. I have been trying to reach that number but it reaches to and extension and your calls get charged, I am using Airtel prepaid number and are getting these messages everyday.

please help in blocking this number.
