IDEA CELLULAR -Not change my connectio prepaid to Post paid

HI,

My name is Mukesh and i am using IDEA pre paid connection (9891120675) from last 3 years, i receives call from IDEA that your no will convert to post paid 199 plan, i agreed and i have submitted the Documents and Rs. 250 on 06/02, but now my connection is still pre paid, no one calls me and confirm my address or verify my address. So this is to request u that please look into that matter... ASAP
