Sir Iam a BSNL cellone customer with Nestam plan. My problem is by mistake I have activated to 59595 VAS services two years before at that time they informed through SMS that it is a 100 % free VAS service but now every month they are charging 30 Rs from my balance. I have sent STOPW CRI to 59595 to deactivate it but still it is not stopping due to this Iam losing valuable balance of 30 Rs every month. It is very hard for we like middle class people to loose balance like this. So I will be thankfull to you if you help me to deactivate this VAS service from 59595 which is charging money from customers in wrong way.
