Here by I am registering a complaint against you. I have made a recharge voucher of rs 17/- as per your message of getting talktime of 170 minutes (tran. no 3382921021840220) on 6/8/10. After six hours I contcated on tollfree no and talked with Mr NILESH.I was told that there was no such recharge message received by the company. He directed me to talk to my dealer. Today on 07/08/10 my dealer showed me the transction was complete and successful. Your are hereby told to look into the matter personnaly and discharge 170min immediately to my account for the next seven days. I would just like to remind you that in a similiar case I had to loose Rs 100/- a year back for the same reason. Please update your software or else it will be taken for granted that you people are running the organization by looting custome
