Dear Team,

This complaint is regarding my Reliance postpaid number 9368285123. I am using this number for the past 2-3 years and have faced lot of trouble just because of poor attitude of the people involved in customer service. Earlier when postpaid terminated from my city then instead of providing me any solution, my number was terminated as if I am not paying for this service and and as if it is my fault that the postpaid agency got terminated. Then at that time I complained about this to you and only after the intervention of Mumbai Team I was provided the solution by asking me to get my number transferred on my friend's name in other city where post paid is available. Thanks to the "Mumbai Team".

Now during this transfer my credit limit which was somewhere near Rs.1500 and I never faced any trouble at that time is inadvertently reduced to Rs. 500. Does it sounds logical from any point when my Post Paid plan in itself is something of Rs. 540. Due to this error during the end of the month when my un-billed reaches somewhere Rs. 500, my services are terminated causing big trouble for me.

I got maximum trouble when my number was deactivated when my previous months outstanding was Rs. 70 and when this time before even the current bill message reached me, the system deactivated my STD and the customer care officer pointed out my mistake that I did not pay Rs.70 outstanding so this was done, without even noting this fact that even this month's bill sms has not yet generated and I paid Rs. 500 in advance last time.

Please note this fact that this number is used by my Parent's who are senior citizens and who live alone so this phone number is my only method of communication to them and due to this sudden disconnection we face a lot of trouble.

When I contacted the nearest web world then they asked me to deposit some amount then they will increase my Credit limit. My question is why should I do that, when initially when I took this connection at that time there was no such condition and later you people reduced it without any reason. Moreover my maximum calling is within the network as per the plan then why in the un-billed usage, onnetwork calls are added due to which I am denied my plan benefits.

I have no hope from the web world and my local reliance team as their attitude is very laid back, they really dont care whether I am on their network or not, I still have some from the Mumbai Team, that they may help me.
