I took a Vodafone connection 15 months back in my name.
i have made an request to your executive on customer care for deactivation / cancellation of my post paid no (7838358880), but your executives have refused to do so.
I have already paid my out standing amount.
Kindly let me know why this type of behabiour is from vodafone.
Let me know how to handle this problem please.
