Dear Sir / Madam,
I am having a telephone connection of MTNL with broadband service on it.
Complaint No 1 - The broadband service is really pathetic, as it is disconnected anytime while using the internet.
Complaint No 2 - I have already sent this complaint to the MTNL greviance department but still no action has been taken till now. It is really frustating.
Kindly go through the complaint below that i sent to the MTNL greviance department.

I am owning a telephone number 011 26642821 with broadband facility with it. I gave an application to shift my telephone within the same area, same exchange and same colony on 13th May in the Hauz Khas office. On 19th May when I went to check the status of my request I was told that my application has already been forwarded on 17th May to the concerned area office (Mehrauli). When I visited the Mehrauli sanchar haat on 19th May they said they have not received any application from Hauz Khas. I visited again the Mehrauli sanchar haat again on 02 June spoke to SDO Mr. Akela and the line man, the line man said he has my telephone number status to be shifted, but could not answer why it has not been shifted till now, since 17th May. I think you could be the better person to answer for this.
