Not getting bills and mobile suspended

Dear Sir/Madam,

My mobile number is 919868465409. On 27th January my mobile was suspended and I am not able to make outgoing calls. I dropped a cheque of Rs. 2598/- (Cheque no.419254, State Bank of India) at the Telephone Exchange, Keshavpuram, New Delhi-110035. Last I deposited a bill of Rs. 523 (Cheque no. 419241, SBI) on 26th September. Since then, I have not getting any bills at my address. I had made umpteenth calls at 1503 and even called the MTNL Accounts Department but till now I haven't got any bill. Even I visited the Sanchar Haat at Keshavpuram, New Delhi-110035 many a times but they also failed to give the full bill. I need the bills as earlier even after making the payment, I was charged the same amount in my next bill. If deposited again then there is risk of not getting it back.

Then also I deposited Rs. 2598 without getting the bills. Now I request you that telephone bills need to be posted at my address and my mobile restored within 24 hours. Otherwise, I have to knock the door of other agencies for immediate redressal of my grievances. Coupled with the connectivity problem are the poor delivery system and shoddy functioning, please try to mend your services and don't harass the customers.
