Problem in data card network

I had bought a data card (MTNL) connection from Vasant Knuj, Sanchar Haat in the month of April. The sim no/mob no is 9013906423. When it was loaded it didn’t work even for 5 min because of poor/weak signals. The matter was brought to the notice at Sanchar Haat. Vasant Kunj. They gave few numbers to lodge the complaint. EVERYBODY reacted as deaf…..no one was ready to solve the matter. No action has been taken in this matter till date. I am residing in Vasat kunj pocket D-8. If MTNL can’t good/satisfactory services in Delhi, they should refrain selling such connections from such areas. I have paid rs 1800/- for this connection.
