This has been repeated on my number 9551031991. I did a topup on 17th July and the same happened. The amount got deducted from my credit card account, while the recharge never happened. This is the third issue, however the aircel customer care says the benefits are provided. How can they blatantly lie when as a customer I am lamenting that it is not done.
I have been looted and there is no justice for the past one month. This is disgusting and I'd recommend against aircel any given day. Details provided below.
