I am a consumer of BSNL landline service bearing Land Line No.0240-2333161. From perusing the bills issued by the company, it shows that the plan choosed is not billed and excess bill is charged, the officials of the company had corrected the bill, but the same is not recorded in their record and next bill shows and mentiones that there are arriers, which is already deducted by the concerns and corrected bill is accepeted by the payment department.By this way there is a great harrasment, which requires detail inquiry in issuance of bills and correction in services.
