BSNL dataone broadband esrvice - departmental technical assistant is no provided for broadband connectivity since from the beginning of July 1007 and now even after paying the service charge along with the bill paid for the Broadband modem instrument, . Frequently, I have reminded and informed to attend the problem. But no body is attending fault so far. Since the starting of connection I am managing myself.
My setting is not done properly hence I am not getting preferred speed in down loading of data. I am unable to get technical assistant from your staff. I don, t know where is my fault.
