I was charged for wrong usage of internet while i was using the SIM card in Germany, despite repeated request that it was wrong billing and to review the same. they charged by credit card with full bill amount. Now to top that up they have sent a new bill for April for additional amount. its sheer harrassment and poor customer service... i have written emails and tried calling the senior management number as provided but noone picks the calls or answers the emails. This is the most hopeless service I have ever expereinced and I would never recommend anyone taking MATRIX services.
Someone need to look at their practices and demand an explanation.
