Please help wat to do with this mtnl guys, my balance unnecessary deducted and when I called to mtnl mumbai customer care then don't responce properly and not listen my complain, I also complain 5 to 6 time on online portal of mtnlmumbai. In but no responce, I don't know why this side is made for. They are totaly government and not feeling any guilty I call them and mtnl call center ladies gossiping putting the call on hold unnecessarily. And most of the time they just hang up..!!
