Problems of charging jack and low voice

Dear micromax,

I purchased a micromax mobile Q7 on 25th June of Original Invoice No.1842/79 and Item No. 000102578 and i have been facing problems of charging jack in the handset with the low voice.i took it to my nearest service centre thrice but it could not be solved. At last they certified that the charging jack of handset is damage and could not be repaired in warranty period.
