PROBLEM OF NETWORK NOT SOLVE

I have a mobile of micromax company. In my mobile there is a problem of network. for that sollution i put my mobile at KASH PERIPHPRALH 6/669, MOTISHERI, LAL DARWAJA, SURAT. 395 001 . But since last two mot hs they diid not gave me any kind of sollution ill date. so please do some action against it.
