Landline Phone Out of Orde

My telephone No. 2588897 is not working since past 2 months.

I am compelled to lodge this written complaint as there was no action even after repeated complaning on the Complaint No.198.

Inspite on non-usage of the telephone, I am being charged with the rent and bearing the loss.

I expect some quick and strong action from the relevant dept.
