Dual sim not working and screen lens got badly scarches without any external damage

this is Vijay singh just 4 month back I purchased Micromax Q3 phone but its dual Sim does not work properly and other thing its screen lens badly scorches without any external impact or damage .at the time of purchase the mobile seller company they have collected insurance amount but they have not given any paper of insurance that is Sangeeta phone Hyderabad.
