NOT GETTING PROPER SOLUTION

I HAVE PURCHASED HANDSET MICROMAX X550 QUBE ON 1 OCT. AFTER 1 WEEK I GOT A PROBLEM WITH HEAD SET. (WHEN I PLUGGED IN HEADPHONE TO THE MOBILE AND THEREAFTER PULGGED OUT BUT MOBILE REMAINED ENABLE.). THEREAFTER I WENT TO DUTTA STATIONARY IN JAMMU, CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED FOR REPAIR.HE SAID HEAD PHONE PIN IS NOT AVAILABLE. THEREAFTER WENT THERE SO MANY TIMES BUT EVERY TIME THEY ARE SAYING NOT AVAILBLE. THEN CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE 18605008286 AND THEY SUGGESTED ME TO ANOTHER SERVICE CENTRE SAWHNEY ELECTRONICS (COMPLAINT NO 1801118705). SAWHNEY ELCT SENT MY MOBILE TO CHANDIGARH ON 18-1 AND THEY RETURNED MOBILE ON 31 JAN AND ALSO SAID HEAD PHONE'S PIN IS NOT AVAILABLE. (CUTORMER JOB CARD NO. 737261, JOB ORDER NO. 2011). KINDLY PROVIDE ME IMMIDIATE SOLUTION.
